We are pleased that you have decided for co-operation with us. We still need some data from you, to create your reseller account. The following fields are important:
- RMA means "Return of Material Authorization". This term is common in the computer trade and meant that an
authorization number has to be assigned before reshipment. That means that your customer first place an RMA
request and you decide what happen with it.
- Your company name should be entered correctly, as its known by your customers. This name appears also in the
automatically generated e-mails to your customers as sender.
- If your RMA departmant can be reached with a separate e-mail address please enter this. Then we will send RMA
requests to this address and invoices to your default address.
Your bank account
We authorize returnBOX Ltd. revocably to draw in those payments which can be made debited to our above bank account by debit.
If our account does not exhibit necessary covering, no obligation exists for redemption on the part of the account-prominent credit institute.
Partial redemptions are not made in the debit process. We take knowledge that a drop back debit process leads to the immediate blockage of the returnBOX account.
