Only by approving an RMA request a transaction is deducted. Further enquiries, close and decline are free of costs.
Only if you select returnBOX logistics by approving an RMA request, a parcel return is deducted from your account. Alternatively you can select also your own logistics way or inform your customer that they has to send the package free of costs (by revocation under 40 euro commodity value or other reasons).
